Charissa Thompson born May 4th, 1982 in Seattle Washington United States is a prominent and rich sportscaster. ESPN analyst, who was brought on as a co-host on SportsNation in 2012. She was also the co-host of ABC's Splash series with Joey Lawrence. Thompson was born and raised in Seattle Washington. Thompson was approached via Sports Illustrated via email before she started her career as journalist. The magazine offered her the possibility of being painted for a Swimsuit issue. She is the singer in charge of New York based group Against the Current dropped the album Infinity in the year following. They were first recognized for their cover versions of the most famous artists they have on YouTube. Along with Against the Current they did a collaborative project together with She, and Against the Current collaborated with Alex Goot for the Good Time cover of Owl City & Carly Rae Jepsen.
