Lowe crossed the Atlantic in order to co-host the ESPN's Euro 2012 coverage and the FIFA Women's World Cup coverage. Lowe was at the sidelines of a FA Cup quarter-final on ESPN UK when Bolton midfielder Fabrice muamba suffered a cardiac event. The defender remained there for 2 hours as she supervised the programming. In the following evening she was featured on the front pages of every UK paper. Lowe was the first female Briton to present a FA Cup Final six-hour-long live broadcast, was announced in May 2012. Lowe had a job as a journalist and host for Setanta Sports from 2007-2009, in charge of their innovative reportage for the Football Conference. Also, she hosted Setanta Premier League Studio's Football Matters.

Emma Margaret Tachard Mackey, professionally referred to as the stage name Emma Mackey, is a French and British actress. She recently rose to prominence after she appeared in the Netflix Original Series Sex Education. Mackey portrays Maeve Willey in the drama comedy.
